    1.3. Refunds are applicable only to the original purchaser of the course. They cannot be transferred to another person or account.

    • Discounted or promotional courses, unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.
    • Courses containing downloadable resources that have been downloaded or copied.
    • Courses purchased with gift cards or vouchers.
